Frankly I’m not too sure of the plot, but from what I can gather from the trailer, Happy Dorm is about a boys dorm rivalling a girls dorm that’s right next door. The two factions probably end up dating though, or at least happy, hence the Happy Dorm title. I’m not expecting this to be a particularly deep movie, but it does appear to provide some comedy at least. It also appears to follow the typical 青春 movie plot though, with the initial happy dating stage, an intermediate separation or conflict, and then a possible happy ending (or not).
